Dane's background in real estate began at a very young age due to his father's career as a builder as well as investor in the industry. Growing up, he witnessed firsthand the challenges and rewards of buying, selling, and managing properties. This early exposure sparked his interest in real estate and led him to pursue a career in the field.

Dane joined the military after completing his education and served in the Army for several years. His time in the military taught him discipline, attention to detail, perseverance, the importance of teamwork, and exceptional communication skills – all skills that he now brings to his real estate career. Additionally, his experience with frequent moves and navigating the unique challenges of military housing has given him a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of military families.

After his time in the military, Dane decided to combine his passion for real estate with his experience and skills gained from his military service and travels by becoming a licensed real estate agent. He is now able to use his unique background to help clients achieve their own real estate goals.
